I chose this picture because although both families fight quite a lot, Romeo is so drawn to Juliet that nothing can keep them apart. They re very intimate and they won't let anything, even their families, keep them from loving each other.

On page 244, the Finch Family is given a porch load of food, but Atticus says they must never do this again. How is this an emotional scene? Look at the context for other issues that you may want to discuss.

TKAM Paragraph

Throughout the entire trial, I was almost positive that Tom would be innocent, but when the jury called the verdict, I was very surprised. Atticus had a good lead that Tom did not really rape Mayella and he told himself that he thought it was actually Mr. Ewell who did it. When Atticus is prosecuting Bob, he asks him some questions that some people do not understand, but they do have a lot of meaning. For example, when Atticus finds out that Bob Ewell is left handed, he is starting to believe that he did it and not Tom because Mayella was beat up on her right side and Bob is left handed. I thought Tom was going to be innocent because Atticus has some good evidence that it was Mr. Ewell who beat up Mayella. All in all, in this day in age Tom would have had a better chance of being innocent, but when the trial ended in the story it really made me think about what our jury system was like back then.

Journal Entry

My four day weekend was pretty good. I hung out with Abbey and Bernie, had a sleepover with them, went to the game on Staurday, and had another sleepover with Abbey on Saturday to Sunday. Unfortunitely I got sick on Sunday and I do not feel very good today. I had a very good weekend until Sunday rolled around when I was burdened with being sick.

Hunting

Hey,
One of my favorite things to do is go hunting with my dad. We try to go as much as possible. We hunt elk, deer, antelope, and birds. I haven't taken hunter safety but I'm planning to take it this winter so I can shoot shoot animals of my own. HOPE YOU ENJOY MY BLOG!!!

My name is Paige a.k.a. Pigeon. I live in small town, but I love it! All of the people that live here are very nice and generous. I love to hang out with my many friends on the weekends. I'm in high school and I guess it's ok right now, but I iked middle school better because I got to see my friends more often, but high school is ok. I have a job that I absolutely hate, but I have to keep it to pay for my cell phone every month. Making money is always a good thing to do though. I love to go hunting with my dad and hopefully this winter I can take hunter safety so I can shoot my own.
